A LITTLE CRICKET NEVER KILLED NOBODY

Challenge: Create a campaign for HOP Protein Bars, a new protein bar that is made with cricket powder.

Problem: HOP! Bars are protein-filled and sustainable. The only problem? People think crickets are gross.

Solution: Create OOH and social media executions that compare crickets to everyday foods we eat, which are actually not so far off from ‘gross’ as we think.

INSTAGRAM FILTER

To create a buzz on social media, we created an Instagram game filter. Users are given a ‘gross’ description of everyday foods, and they have to guess the food and tag HOP Bar’s Instagram for a chance to win a free box of HOP Bars.
